Though technology has made things more efficient, our generation seems to always find a way to overpack one’s schedule. We have to admit, we are a restless generation — hungry for purpose and direction. Never before in history was there a high rate of job disengagement, addiction and lack of fulfillment. Burnout is a constant, and anxiety and depression are rising trends.
