3 Reflections from Having to (Almost) Close my Startup

Everything I had built over the course of 1.5 years seemed to be up in ashes. The social impact was taking a toll on the overall business health. Poor financial management, inefficient production, and internal HR problem were putting our company in the red. Sales were growing, but so did the expenses.
